Gas Safe registered engineers
As a landlord you should be aware of your responsibility to ensure all gas appliances are functioning safely. This responsibility also extends to the installation of all appliances supplied by the tenant.
As a ‘Registered Gas Safety Service Provider’ we will carry out all the relevant gas safety checks on all gas appliances as per HSE guidelines. These checks also apply to boilers, flues and pipework. We will issue the relevant Gas Safety Certificates in either paper or digital form on completion of all work carried out by us.
